KW Lang has provided us with excellent service for many years. They installed both our heating and air conditioning systems. Their service personnel have always been knowledgable, professional, friendly and right on time! In addition, the in house staff is always helpful and friendly . I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Every aspect of my service was great. The tech was on time and informed me of what he was doing. The furnace works perfectly and the tech made the experience a good one! I definitely recommend KW Lang Mechanical.

Update: Tim, I just wanted to let you know that Greg did visit this morning. He did an outstanding job, making sure that the new thermostat was hardwired and in place. I personally thanked him for the prompt service. Also, he reinforced the drain tube on the humidifier as it was loose and The water was not properly going through the drain tube. That also has been wrecked rectified. All set and done. I am very pleased with the service and the prompt visit by Greg to make the thermostat fully functional. Thank you Tim, basically, I was pleased with the work that Greg did installing the furnace and AC to my house. I am however a little disappointed that at the very end, Greg said that the thermostat that is included operates off of batteries only. He said he was not aware of any device that was powered without batteries. That surprised me a little bit, but I said dont replace my existing thermostat as it is powered by AC current through a transformer. After I thought about it, I called Craig Pons to inform him of the incident. Craig has Greg coming back to my place today after 2 PM to replace my thermostat with the new one that clearly says its either battery or house current Capable.
