Had a negative experience with the dispatcher but, when I finally got a tech I cannot speak highly enough. They had to order the part but, they showed me what I had to do to keep the heat on until the part arrived. This is a very reputable business and would highly recommend them

Westfield heating and air Inc! Jim screw is awesome!! They did on excellence job on my furnace install in my commercial property! And his price is unbelievable !!!came on time on the appointment!!!And Joe his service men ! Did excellent job in one of my house in Cleveland! Very reasonable!! Reliable and dependable! I highly recommend this company!!! Hardly find now a days! And I will be hiring then again to install my central air! The crew came on time and finished our project in a reasonable amount of time and explained in detail how to submit my warranty and rebate information as well as how to use our new programmable thermostat. Five highly skilled trademen dismantled my 65 year old Reznor furnace, and old ductwork. They then installed new hvac units. All was done in a little over 5 hours.
