        They shut off the water after I paid my bill because they forgot to add on the fee (which I didnt pay because it wasnt on there) then when I call about my water being shut off, its because they didnt add on the fee. Love that I get punished for their mistake.

        DO NOT put your bank account number on any form they give you, do everything through their website. My wife and I signed up for a joint account in October and changed our old account on their website and apparently their website is run by a 3rd party service. Got charged $195 in December and a $20 bounced fee this month because they were charging my old account as well. No refunds or credits towards our next bill. Scam of a company that needs investigated.
