        Horrible service. For the last several weeks, the first thing I see when I come home is my trashcan thrown in the front yard. It amazes me that people dont instill in their workers that theres a right way and wrong way to do a job. Would not recommend it would be an embarrassment for you to have their trashcan thrown in your front yard.

        They will charge you for the service fee which you didn't receive!!!" You have to pay first for your service!!" So if you don't pay a month or so because you're gone!? They will charge you for the service even though there's no trash or anything else!? So if ya pay first!? Then how can you owe them @?" God bless you all today Shalom

        They will happily charge you even when services aren't rendered. The customer service will lie and say they'll get back to you when you bring up this issue, then never contact you and have the AUDACITY to make it sound like your fault or problem still when you call back weeks later. They are unprofessional on the phone and have the nerve to get frustrated with paying customers who PAID FOR SERVICES THEY DIDN'T GET because "the trash can was in front of what appeared to be an empty building" WHO CARES. I PAYED FOR THE TRASH CAN TO BE PICKED UP, WHO GIVES A RIP WHETHER YOU THINK THERE'S SOMEONE THERE OR NOT? DID I PAY FOR THE SERVICE? THEN GIVE ME THE SERVICE I PAID FOR. As a property manager in the WCH area, I'll take great joy in having more and more apartment buildings that never give Rumpke a cent for their pathetic trash service. I'll also enjoy telling every person I know how terrible Rumpke is.
