        Greasy mop water has entire restaurant and restroom floors slippery. Floor in grill area filthy. Soda fountain malfunctioning and making mess on floor. Staff headbanging to music instead of paying attention to customers. Food was hot fresh and yummy but my order has to be asked for as they forgot it

        Rude lady at the drive-thru. I was so upset I left without filling my order......New review. Went inside to eat and the restaurant is freezing cold and I'm usually hot anywhere I go. Wearing a coat and I'm still cold. Waited at the front counter for 15 minutes ad they kept looking back at me and saying sorry I'll be right there. Took 15 minutes just to order with no one in line a head of me. The fish and hush puppies were good but the fries were cold inside. I don't mean not warm I mean cold inside. Like they are pulling them early to get orders out. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS TRASHY KFC AGAIN.

        This place has good food but...I was in the drive though for at least 12-15 mins waiting for them to take my order and no one did. This was the only thing I was craving and had to have it to eat. So I went inside and they finally took my order and said they were short staffed. I still don't feel that is an excuse to have me wait all that time so that's why their getting this review.
