        I have been renting and buying equipment from them for about 6 years now. Their customer service is great! I have rented a chipper from them and had problems with it on the job site. They immediately sent someone out to fix it and in one case they brought out a replacement chipper for me. If people actually treated their equipment with respect and took care of it like it was their own. They wouldn't have to constantly be fixing things or doing service calls to job sites. They have always taken care of me and I will always recommend them.
