        I went here to get a used PS4 controller with a working battery and I got one in perfect condition for a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even took out the controller and tested the battery for me. 10/10 would shop here again

        Throughout the visit the employee's were warm, friendly and helpful. The selection is quite good with fair prices, never felt like I was overpaying. Overall a great experience with good vibes, would go again.

        Worst customer service, they sell broken items when you try to return them they wanna hurry up and fix it so you cant return it. Store is full of a bunch of rude idiots who dont know what theyre doing
