Best hospital stay of my life. Staff was all on the same page. Care was excellent. I was ALWAYS informed and knew what was going on. As the patient, I could not have felt more comfortable and well taken care of during a hospital stay! Y'all are doing a wonderful job!

This was the best hospital experience I've ever had. We were visiting Cincinnati for Thanksgiving and my 10 y.o. daughter came down very ill and dehydrated and we took her here to get checked out. I was immediately impressed with the easy parking and very glad for the clean and spacious waiting area. Luckily we didn't have to wait too long - about 45 mins - and we immediately got our own private, quiet room in the spacious (and what looked brand-new) emergency wing. The nurses and staff were very friendly and helped my daughter feel comfortable and at-eaae. She got to watch Encanto on the TV while we waited for test results and for the medicine to kick in. Once she was feeling better, she got some juice and crackers and a coloring book. She was feeling 100X better when we left than when we got there. Very thankful for this facility and the wonderful staff for helping my girl feel so much better. Highly recommend!

What's the point in having 3-4 people sitting at the check in desk when only one does anything and the one that does work couldn't even figure out where my family was located after telling her what room they were in. The short interaction I had with the doctor also proved he wasn't worth anything either. I would rate zero stars if I could. I hope I don't ever have to come back to this location.
