5 star service all around. The call taker was polite and professional. My driver was awesome! He called ahead to give me an ETA and also to let me know when my car had arrived to the dealership. Highly recommend.

Let me start off with, thank you. No one else would come to tow my dads van that was in downtown Cincinnati and I was declined service by FIVE companies before contacting affordable tow truck service. They were the only ones willing to. The man that towed my dads van was kind & very quick! I was actually impressed with how quickly he got my dads van up on the truck lol! He was extremely quick to come and get the van off the highway and met with me close to 11pm to pick it up. I followed him to my house, where he would be dropping the van off. He followed the speed limit, used correct turn signals. He dropped the van off exactly where I asked him to! Never had any problem and I know Ill be calling this company again if I ever run into an issue and need a vehicle towed. Thank you SO MUCH for helping me get my dads van off a busy highway when everyone else denied me service. 10/10.
