"I would give zero stars if I could! This towing company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They were rude on the phone, took forever to arrive, and then proceeded to damage my car while towing it. Avoid at all costs!"

Just had a tow from this company!! Jason was my driver!!! He made a stressful situation very easy to deal with, helped me get my handicapped wife in and out of his truck, and was very professional and friendly!!! The 100 mile ride home with him was great and I actually enjoyed my time just talking and laughing on the long trip home. I absolutely recommend this towing company for all of your towing needs!!! Jason is one of the best tow truck drivers I have ever had!!!

I was stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire. I had contacted AAA but they would be about 2 hours before They could get to me to fix my tire. Northgate towing was in the area towing a different car. The gentleman Chris was super friendly and helpful. He pulled over, got my spare tire out, and put it on my car for me, without even having the order from AAA to come out for my car. There was actually another towing service that was already assigned to my case. He was quick, friendly, and efficient and got me rolling in no time. Thanks so much for your help! It is so much appreciated!

Check this out. Northgate Towing has been going to Brandy's Club and towing cars that are parked on the sidewalk. This towing company does not work for Brandy's or the City of Cincinnati and has possibly been towing cars illegally, even after they have been ticketed by the City. They tow cars from Brandy's and hide them in the neighborhood then go back, get them and take them to their lot in Carthage. For having your car in Northgate Towing possession for 13 hours, they are charging $258. I would recommend that if you see them towing a car or trying to tow a car, challenge the driver and call the police because he does not tow/work for anyone legally. If your car has been towed, check the neighborhood, because they cannot possibly tow all the cars straight back to the lot in the short period of time, that's why they hide them in the neighborhood and come back and get them later. This is some really messed up stuff that this towing company has been doing and it needs to be exposed. If you have friends or family that frequent Brandy's, be sure to show this review to them and above all PARK LEGALLY!
