        Took 6 hours to get Empty, 3 employees assigned to work on my trailer Dock #16, but they didnt have any since of urgency, played around, taking 5 minutes break every time they come out to get a rack! I called their supervisor to get their attention! They get paid by an hour, get better employees.

        I just called this location, and spoke to one of the techs OMG poor poor customer service, I scheduled to have 4 Pirelli tires installed a 1300 value. He asked me a total of 3 times each, my name, phone# , year make model, 3 times... I had already scheduled for the service. DONOT Go to this location. I figure if he can't get the simple things right..... I will not trust them with a tire change.
