        Hi new im new to the neighborhood and I was just looking for a and friendly job. Call the hiring manager. He told me he was going to run a background check. I guess its because Im black if youre black, I would not recommend working here at all racial profiling now the tire discounters down at Beechmont, they were very friendly. I told Nick give me a background check. He said we dont do that. I told him they can give me a drug test. He said we dont do that either and I offered if you wanted to you could but he wasnt very hostile about it like the people here
