UpTowne Tire

Got a replacement tire for my car, later on to find out that's it's a smaller tire. After getting in touch with the owner, I was told that the shipment hasn't arrived yet, but he assured me that he'd replace it at no cost. 5 trips in 2 days of going back and forth over there... needless to say, no shipment, no tire! What a waste of time! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I live in another city and visited the Cincy area. Hopefully this helps someone. Stay away from this place! I am sad I tipped both workers who assisted me as I felt bad it was so cold. I went here due to a nail stuck in my tire. It looked like tire could be visibly repaired (as this has happened to me before) but was told I need another tire, purchased a $40 one. Get to my destination in Cincy and hear air leaking so go back, they claimed to fix the issue with a new tire. I drive back to Columbus and notice a light that had been on since they fixed my ORIGINAL tire. The workers at Uptown broke my tire sensor and had to have thrown it away (bc I wasnt inside the tire) and let me drive away like that. Sad a reputable place had to fix this issue and I paid additional fees.
