Could not be more happy than going with Jack Arkle Tax to have our taxes done. My fianc and I decided to have our taxes done through a CPA this year as we have always used TurboTax. Brandon Arkle was our accountant and I was behind impressed by the whole service. For a very reasonable rate, our taxes were easier than ever. After just buying our first home, we were very nervous to make sure everything was done correctly. Not only did Brandon explain everything well, when our return was mailed to us, it came in a well organized folder for our own records, as well as our tax form to the Village we live with the envelope already written out for us. Would give 0 stars if it was an option . Dealing with the IRS and an invalid $185,000 bill because of a huge mistake this firm made . Called to get it addressed months ago , was told it was a simple paper that needed to be sent and that it would be taken care of. Weve now had to hire a tax attorney at this point . Trying to get through to someone at this office is also a nightmare . Definitely take your important tax business somewhere else.

We have been going to Greg Arkle for several years now. He is a wonderful help during a stressful time. He helped us fix an issue that was costing us thousands of dollars that no one else had caught before. He helps us with our personal and my small business taxes. We couldn't recommend Greg and the team at Jack Arkle enough.
