A long but honest review I came here in hopes of some good decals but I was left to feel that I was the only customer being put on the back burner because it was almost impossible to get my decals unless I did all the work, designing, calling, emailing, etc. (I even designed my OWN decals so no graphic design was needed so this experience was even more baffling) To start off my experience, I placed a quote with all details for my desired decals on the website and waited for a call/email. I waited about 2 WEEKS with NO CALL/EMAIL until I finally just called to see if anyone had received my quote yet, they did and told me that they would call me once they made sure the decal was possible with the fonts I waited again for a few days and called back MYSELF for an update, I then paid for my decal over the phone because Bobby said that a deposit was needed and that was the full payment of the decals, I was told I would receive an email of the receipt for my decals multiple times but never received ONE not even after the decal was put on. I scheduled for my decal to be put on with Bobby once but I was not put on the schedule until I received another call from Bobby a couple days later asking when Id like to schedule for my decal to be put on At the end of the day when the decal was put on, it was the wrong dimensions, I was told that everyone normally makes an appointment to come in to have their window measured for the decals but somehow I was the only one to not have to schedule an appointment for that and the only one to pay over the phone before any consultation of a sort... This place is poorly ran with the 3 staff members in it, I was made uncomfortable by a worker, I was patient with this company since they did custom decals, but I came to find out that supposedly Bobby is the only one that knows anything told from the other worker I will never recommend or come back to FastSigns with this experience at this location.
