Stopped in today my daughter was looking for a pair of shoes for volleyball. We were greeted by Jay and Travis. They were super sweet, very upbeat and engaging and took the time to not only explain the features between 2 different styles and inserts but also explained the benefit it had to her. I have never had that much engagement shopping for shoes; let alone have a sales person not only be super knowledgeable about the product but about feet themselves and how the shoes work for you. I definitely didnt plan to spend that kind of money on shoes for someone whose foot is constantly growing, but I saw the value and the benefit so it was worth it. Will definitely be back to see my new friends.

Havent been in a show store with someone with a great upbeat attitude and knowledge of the shoes in a long time. We didnt even end up buying a pair but it was still a great experience we will be back.

Tradehome has been a favorite of mine for years and I was truly excited when they opened a store near me! I went in this week to get some new hokas and was delighted, per usual, with their incredible customer service. Nic and his crew went above and beyond to hook me up with some new Clifton's. They brought out plenty of options and colors for me to try, all I had to do was sit back and relax. Always happy to support this shop and it's employees - I'm sure I'll be back soon!

Today I walked in with my mom and we were looking for some volleyball shoes. I looked through the shelves and Jay and Travis were two people working there and helped me and my mom out so much. Didnt realize how much it would be but it was totally worth it for the experience. Got my Nike shoes cleaned for free and was given variety of options. They talked to us and engaged into all of us and what we were looking for. I tried on three shoes/loved them ALL! they were so adorable and he let me run, walk, and jog around the whole store. My shoes are perfect for my feet and especially since the time they took with me to find the soles for the shoes and everything else. Each shoe they helped me tie, measure, and put on my shoe. Very amazing customer service and highly recommended especially if youre in a rush to buy shoes that are benefited for you!
