I hate to say it, but I am not a happy customer after coming here. I brought 5 pairs of shoes and a bag in to be repaired. One of the pairs of shoes were suede that had scuffs and stains and I asked the owner if it was possible to clean them--he said "yes," but they still looked beat up when I received them back. (Maybe I was naive to think that you can cure damaged suede, but he certainly seemed confident when I asked him.) Another of the pairs of shoes were leather boots that needed a zipper replaced and a lot of TLC on the leather. They replaced the zipper (did not touch the leather), and the zipper pull promptly came off the next time I wore the boots. I returned to let them know and the owner tried to charge me again. A third pair were another pair of leather boots that needed resoled and a decorative piece stitched back in place. They resoled the boots but did not repair the stitching, which I did not notice until I got home, so I had to go back again. I could go on, but I don't want to. I certainly think the owner has skill and wants to take care of his customers, but things were just too disorganized, and I ended up pretty unhappy with the experience and results. I hope they will turn things around; I know they're capable of being a fantastic business.

The person was rushing. I was screamed at and hung up on when I called to check if they were ready. Poor customer service and little organization- took 10 minutes to find shoes right there.
