CHI did awesome job replacing our 20 year old windows. Answered all our questions before and during the installation. Mike who handled the sales, did not apply any high pressure techniques used by the other window sales representatives. Overall excellent window quality and value.

I highly recommend Randy and the team at C.H I.! I own a small business and had a water drop land on me at 5:00 on a Saturday, only to look up and notice my ceiling leaking water very close to expensive merchandise below. I reached out to C.H.I and Randy was there within 20 minutes and tarped up all of my potential problem areas in the rain and on a Saturday until 7:00. He was beyond professional and put my mind at ease that I would not have further damage. He followed up after the repair to be sure the problem was fixed and even came back and looked over everything himself to be extra thorough. I was very grateful they came to my rescue! CHI ordered and installed windows in my residence. Install was quick, clean, and professional. And none of the other window companies' quotes came close to the price I paid. Highly recommended.
