Shoddy work led to a leaky roof that they wouldn't repair. I'd find a more reputable roofing company.

Save yourself the time and money and call a more reputable roofing company. Sure they are nice to deal with until you find they did the work wrong, then they deny any responsibility of your roof leaking (as I had now 4 times!) instead I will have to sue for damages due to their refusal to fix their mistakes. Their so called lifetime warranty is not on their shoddy work it's the shingles they purchased from another company. The customer service is horrible as well, they will never return your calls in a timely manner or at all if something is wrong.  Also, if you are deceived by their website, don't believe they will have 3 inspections after you have your roof done, that never happens.

I was recently contacted by this company regarding an upcoming project. I have found the company to provide outstanding customer service! The owner Chris Knight and the rest of his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Dealing with them has been a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences I have had with home improvement contractors.
