Defintely what we expected. Warm, experienced and motivated staff. Great suggestion from the staff. Beautiful decor. The steak and seafood are top notch. I will definitely come back.

A good place gone bad! When we arrive, they said a reservations were going to be 30 minutes behind! We had a movie to Cath after our dinner date. The food was terrible. The manager even took the steak off of are bill. Back in the day, it used to be nice where they come out and show you the food before they cooked it It is really gone downhill. Even their Olde Fasgioned sucked. It took longer to cook a Get a drink, then to make the steak! 4r4r

We visited Mortons for a friend's birthday celebration last week and were underwhelmed. Atmosphere for a Saturday night was a little dead, food was good but overpriced, and service was mediocre. The one big gripe we had was that they refused to split up our bill. We were a group of 10 that only needed 5 separate bills. I work in a nice restaurant here in cincinnati, and we would never tell someone that we can't break up their $1,500 bill down. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion, and it's no wonder they only have 4.0 stars at a fine dining restaurant. I have broken down bills much more difficult and i know it's not always fun but never worth pissing people off about it, esp people that just spent $1,500. We sat at the table for 15 minutes trying to split our bills up like 16 year olds after we sternly requested separate bills. Not a great call by their management, destined to get bad reviews. We will not be returning.

Where do I start? This was our first visit to this location and I doubt well ever return. Of course we were dining for Valentines Day but also after a recent loss in our family just a much needed night out. We were seated promptly at a high top table in the bar and then it was downhill from there. The atmosphere was tight, and COLD. There was a constant breeze from outside coming from the door nearby and up the stairs from the downstairs entrance. It was unbearable. The gentleman at the table behind us had to keep getting up to close the door but didnt realize it was coming from downstairs as well. Our server seemed to be the only one serving the six tables sat and she was very much in the weeds. As someone who spent 10yrs serving I gave her grace for the majority of our experience..but I will note she didnt greet us..provide her name..suggest anything at all. We got the basic are you ready to orderthe rest of our dinner she did drive by service. We ordered starter salads, steaks and three sides. I asked for my steak to be medium and my boyfriend got medium well..to our dismay his steak was medium/medium rare despite it being butterflied and my steak was VERY medium rare borderline blue. As I am expecting I could not enjoy my steak at all. We sent his back to be remade but again being from the industry I hate being that table..I didnt want to also send mine back to wait even longer to eat dinner. The sides were already pretty cold from the constant breeze surrounding us. Our server had no idea I was unhappy as again she never stopped by after the remake was dropped off by management. The lobster Mac was pretty good and the creamed spinach was decent as well. We sat for 20 mins before my boyfriend flagged the server down asking to box my barely touched food. She immediately offered our check and I asked for a dessert menu..while looking over desert we heard and saw our server drop something at the boxing station. It was our mashed potatoes from what we could see and who knows what else. My boyfriend responded welp there goes our leftovers..but no SHE STILL BOXED THEM AND GAVE THEM TO US TO TAKE HOME. I was throughly disgusted and irate but truly too outdone to even bother. If we hadnt seen with our own eyes her picking it up from the ground we would have consumed that. What type of establishment is this??? For $265 I expect way better quality service. I completely regret canceling our Carlo & Johnny reso. 0/10 do NOT RECOMMEND. From our receipt it says our server was Casie..girlfriend do better.
