Overall great people to work with on buying a house. A great team that communicates quickly and honestly. I worked with Brice and his assistant Karis. They were great. Would highly recommend they have experience with VA loans and know exactly how to do them. Brice brokered a deal where I had very little out-of-pocket cost on a zero down loan and got seller to pay closing costs. If you want somebody who knows what they're doing and can negotiate on your behalf at a high Level hit up Brice Allen. He has great industry contacts with lenders and will help you get your deal bought for cheap.
