Eyemart Express

This store needs at least 2 designated spots in front of store. The parking is ridiculous being that I saw people who were going into the place to the right of them that were obviously going into work (I checked what time they opened before writing this so it was apparent they were going into work. ) All backed into a spot in front of Eyemart taking up spots in front of store that should be for clients. We had to park back by dunkin donuts. This was never an issue when we went previously before the place next door opened. Employees should not park right in front of any business there when there is limited parking. That being said i hope the landlord of this building gives each business a few designated parking spaces. Especially since there is very few handicap spots. I would have given 5 stars for everything else. The staff were amazing and helpful. And we were able to get same frame and prescriptions for a better price than the two other places we shopped on pricing.

After obtaining my prescription, I decided to visit this place. It is within walking distance from where I live, which makes it all the more convenient. It was a Friday morning and the store was teeming with customers. I joined the queue of people and took a seat, waiting for my turn. This is a typical eyewear store with shelves of glasses on display. Four reception desks and a couple of counters suggested at a time when four receptionists would have been at the helm; however, I saw only two experienced ladies, one of whom appeared to be in training. An optometrists office lies in one corner of the store but was closed that day. A sign with the letters LAB points to a much larger room in the back. While waiting, I took the opportunity to browse the goods to save some time later. Eyemart offers a wide range of glasses from luxury to budget-friendly, metal to plastic, for children to adults, men to women, and sunglasses to safety glasses. Despite the variety, I could not seem to find one to my liking. Before long, my name was called and a staff member sat me down at a desk. After providing my prescription and insurance, I was given a breakdown of what I could expect to receive and the associated costs. I was also shown a special collection of safety glasses that were not on display. Fortunately, I found a frame that I really liked; the price was steep but my insurance got my back. Since Eyemart offers a free pair of glasses with every purchase, I picked a random frame from the most affordable section, one that resembled my old pair. Throughout my visit, I was treated with kindness, a rarity these days. Taking my time, I returned a few hours later to pick up two brand-new pairs of glasses. I did have to make an additional trip regarding the side shields of my safety glasses, but it was a minor issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this store and Eyemart in general. It may not be the best one out there, but it is certainly a good one.

Been customer of Colerain store for years. Katie helped me with choosing new frames and getting the best price! She did a fantastic job and the lab made 2 pair of glasses in 27 record breaking minutes!!

I just left Eyemart Express on Colerain Ave. Kim helped fix my glasses. They were twisted. Kim was awesome. She fixed them in no time.
