Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center

So far my father's time at Sanctuary Point has been positive and the nurse assistant have been very respectful of his needs. I would give 5 stars but we have noticed that the carpets and some of the furniture in his room need some serious cleaning.

I moved my father to Sanctuary pointe from a horrible facility out of town. From my first phone call to the day of admission everyone was so helpful and kind. Stephanie the director of admissions welcomed us with open arms immediately. All the staff is amazing especially the STNAs Wanda I believe thats her name treats my dad like it her dad and I absolutely love her for that.The facility is clean and has a very home like feel. They have they work cut out for them with my dads health challenges. However I have no doubt in my mind they will give it 1,000%. I recommend Sanctuary Pointe for your loved ones.

My Mother was just released today .. If it ever comes to where I'm not able to care for her myself ... This will be where I take her... Everyone was so nice and caring... Thank you all to helped her be mobile enough to come Home

My mother is there for rehab after a heart attack. All the staff (nurses and aides) are very nice and accommodating and patient with her as she gets confused and is not the easiest to deal with at times. The only issue I have had is with certain prescriptions prescribed and the frequency of use but upon mentioning concerns to the nurses they addressed them.
