I have never had eyelash extensions until I called Ciera and spoke with her. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and very straight forward regarding what my expectations should be. She gave me very detailed instructions on how to care for my extensions to get the best performance from the extensions. On a more personal side she is a caring person who is truly vested in her clients. She remembers all the details of my crazy life. I fall asleep mid story, wake up and forget where I was, she knows, LOL. I rarely wear make up and my lashes have always been light and now gray. I am not 20 and I am not trying to look like it. Ciera picked out a length and thickness that looks very nice and natural (nothing crazy). I receive many compliments on her work and friends tell me it makes my eyes look more open and I have even received compliments on my eye color, lol, which has never changed. Whether you are looking for a special event look or an everyday look that will save you time getting ready for your day, I can honestly say I think a lot of Ciera as a technician and as a person.
