        Walk in the store had a horrible smell customer service was a 0 he gave me bread that was already out and was hard explain to the worker about gloves being put on Properly he look at me like whatever. This was my first and last time eating at jimmy Johns what a disappointment and I did not even get a bag to put my food in and I was walking to work

        Placed a catering order here a whole 24 hours in advance and when it was time to go pick it up they had told me they hadnt even started the order while the whole restaurant was empty. I was told to come back an hour after scheduled time! They had no explanation as to why it hadnt been started or anything! Terrible experience, will never order from here again.
