        barely helped me, made me feel worse like everything was my fault due to terminology, sent me to a trauma therapist who ended care immediately after I disclosed all personal trauma by manipulation when I didn't feel comfortable. DON'T accept recommendations from people here and save your money and find a different therapist. DBT is very HARMFUL, look it up *posting this more than a year later as I had to go to therapy DUE to this therapy making me worse and needed to process. My therapist asked if I wanted to write a review and he motivated me to do so

        Samantha Hinds at Life Worth Living is compassionate, empathetic, down to earth and easy to talk to. I have worked with her and we have trained together and I am in awe of the way she is able to connect with and support her clients. She is an intelligent and truly gifted therapist who gives a lot of energy and passion to her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and competent provider. I have recommended her to friends and would send my family members to her.
