        We have a spontaneous Gala in 10 days. We have zero knowledge about formal wear. We were greeted when we walked in by Naveah. It was instant relief when she started helping us. We had some anxiety about the process. Naveah at the mens warehouse in kenwood is absolutely amazing at helping you find a tux/suit! She took control and helped my husband who hates shopping. She was so friendly and got us in and out with an amazing Calvin Klein tux. I was worried after reading the other reviews we even joked with her about it because we had such a great experience. Definitely will go back. They even hemmed the pants right then!

        Today I had the WORSE experience with a salesman name Mike at this location. When I tried calling corporate about the incident. I actually got the customer service number. Which they LIE to me saying they were corporate. Dont waste your time or spend your money at this location. Which is the Men's Wearhouse off of Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, Ohio

        Flew in town from Virginia to help my dad get his suit for my wedding. The sales rep, Sayid, was extremely helpful, kind, and pleasant. When we sought help from the manager, he was extremely disrespectful, negative, and rude. I was very disappointed and had a very positive experience in our initial experience in Newport News, VA and then had this mixed experience in Cincinnati. This manager should not be in customer service.
