I purchased a jacket in late October and wore it couple of times. Recently I realized that the fabric is showing some fuzzy spots. Although I didnt have the receipt but I had the actual purchase date (credit card). The gentleman at the store without questioning me offer it to replace. It turned out that he didnt have my size so he took my jacket refunded the entire amount and placed a new order on website so I can get it at home in the size and color I wanted. I feel this is a true and great service. I hope rest of shops and businesses could learn from this. Kudos to the salesman.

If you know the Travis Matthew brand, the quality is outstanding. This particular store in the Kenwood Mall was unbelievably helpful. Josh helped me picked out this vest, and I love it.
