On multiple occasions Ive had to either wait over an hour to receive my scheduled injection or have gotten all the way to the clinic only to find out that there is no provider scheduled after having an appointment scheduled several days in advance.

I dont usually post negative reviews.. but here we are. I had a terrible experience at the little clinic today. I had an appointment scheduled and showed up a few minutes late. No one was working the front desk and I never received a registration code to put into the kiosk. (I had already checked in and was registered online prior to the appointment). So I figured I was good to go. The nurse practitioner came out of the office 5 minutes later and said that I was over 10 minutes late and she had to cancel my appointment. I told her I had been here for a few minutes and that i had been here but no one came out .. She said her door was cracked open and I shouldve knocked.. which it was not open and the door also had a sign on it saying that she was with a patient. I couldnt believe she just flat out lied about that.. anyways. I will not never be back to the little clinic and definitely wont be paying a fee. I would avoid at all cost!

Staff was nice but I was misdiagnosed with an irritated throat. I was told to wait it out and take ibuprofen. When symptoms got worse two days later, I went to my doctor's office to find out I had mono.

I have a yearly sinus infection I get and the nurse practitioner told me to wait it out and is making me wait until Thursday to get my prescription.. Im sorry no if Im miserable give me my meds Ive been sick since last Wednesday and this is ridiculous and Im miserable when I try to sleep! What a waste
