        I have been going to this practice since 1996, when Dr. Nolan first opened in Reading. Things have changed over the years, especially since Tri Health took over. If you don't show up for several appointments every year, then you are threatened to be "terminated" by the nurse practitioner. What it boils down to is Tri Health's greed. I will be looking for a new doctor.

        I called to make my daughter an appointment only to learn that the doctor who shows accepting new patients is not. Also, in order to get an appointment with someone had to go through screening process to determine if this practitioner wanted to take the patient or not. Horrible customer service. Update your website for one and if the doctor can pick and choose who they want to see then they need a new profession.
