I stopped in the clinic at 7 PM. There was only one Doctor Who is currently seeing another patient so I waited. Doctor came out at 7:18 after finishing her appointment. She refused to see me for a strep test, even though they were open until 7:30 PM, she said I can make an appointment for the next day. I said I have been here waiting for 30 minutes and scheduled to be open for another 15. However, she still refused to see me.
I understand she was tired and ready to go home, but the clinic was still technically open
I would have given a rating of zero if possible

NP Brandy Kramer and her assistant Erin took great care of me & were pleasant and friendly. It made my visit great! Thank you both for taking such good care of me and for the laughs. Keep up the good work!

I made an appointment for my two children entered in my health insurance info that was accepted online. The Dr tells me when we get there they dont accept my health insurance which online they accepted it. When we got there she acted like she didnt even know we were coming. Its been such a difficult morning because of this. They could have at-least called me and told me not to come because of our so called insurance issue. Also, if thats the case update your system to where the drop down tab has our specific insurance to actually pick!! I honestly think she just didnt want to see us. It would have been too much work for her!
