Horrible service. I have walked in with no appointment required previously at this Hyde Park location and havent had any issues. Today, an African American receptionist turned me away when there was no patients whatsoever waiting to be seen. I was in much need of assistance and medicine. Later, I saw the receptionist and nurse practitioner in the back room doing nothing. Waiting to close and watching me in the pharmacy section. Just horrible service

Why doesnt any Little Clinic answer their phone? I can call any location and hit speak to a rep and it almost always gives me the please try again later message. I have tried Paxton And Marburg Ave with the same result. How do you run a business like this???

Walked in on a Thursday morning to hopefully be seen for something non-covid related with two people in the waiting area. I was told I needed an appointment even though online it says walk-ins are welcome. I would have been fine waiting a few hours, but nope. Suggestion for TLC - mention on the website that walk-ins are not welcome. Suggestion for patients - schedule an appointment or go someplace else.
