I bought a nursing bra and the underwire poked out of the fabric after very little wear. I brought it to the store and they apologized and let me exchange it for a new one. The new one has been exceptional.
Also, their maternity tops last through multiple pregnancies and are very flattering.

After being pressed hard, very hard, to buy more maternity clothes, because they can be returned or, if you wait to see if they fit later, they can be returned for a store credit, I tried to return items at the store with the tags intact and receipts.
Big surprise, despite repeat assurances that any item can be returned at any time, the sales person refused to accept the returns. I repeated what I was told and the sales person seemed aware that buyers were told they could return items at any time, but still refused store credit or even half-credit.
I spent a lot of money at this store because of their repeat assurances about returns and will absolutely not patronize this store again.
