Past that point, we charge the full session fee for any cancelation. Also, we do NOT accept cancellation requests via phone or email exactly because of experiences like yours that clients have shared with us in the past. We can not take calls and answer emails at all times.To make it very simple for our clients, clients have full access to the client portal to cancel or reschedule thier session online , with ease, and at any time, up to 48 hours before the session.We regret that your experience left you feeling taken advantage of.
