I know we All Go thru Bumps in our lives , but when I tell you this Company right here is the first to UNDERSTAND OUR STRUGGLES, but like me speak on my account manager Melissa she goes Above and Beyond to keep me from crying , I know my car payment is due weekly but I never know when life as a different corner for me to turn and my Melissa truly UNDERSTANDS,, I love her as if she is Really My Step Mom,,, she is the beat to my heart. I GIVE HER THE AWARD OF THIS BUSINESS

Update, Melissa called me to make it right and helped me by extending a payment and helping me for the month. This is great seeing as its so close to Christmas. She stated she didn't know about this situation. I appreciated her for helping me with this! They'll ultimately screw you first chance they get. Had to change my insurance company and ended getting charged $75 dollars because the lein holder was put it wrong by the insurance company. Refused to work with me without adding late fees nor would they break up the payment to something manageable. They don't care about people, and treat you like your dirt Second car I've bought from them, I've never missed a payment and this is what I get. Sad how greedy they are.

The people here are actually nice and are willing to work with you on any payment issues but the biggest issue here is the interest rates they give could be gotten better rates from Cadillac LoL

If you happen to do business with PFSC or Cincinnati auto credit make sure Melissa is the one you do business with. She is awesome!!! She will help you out if she can with any problem you may have! She has gotten me through some really tough times my time with them! So if youre considering buying a car look to Melissa she will take care of you! She rock!
