Clippers Lawn Care

This company came recommended by several neighbors; but after the poor customer service we experienced, I will advise everyone I know to avoid Clippers because they are clearly inept at running a small business. Our first call to them was placed Feb. 10, 2023, to try get on their calendar early in the season for a simple spring yard cleanup. When that message was eventually returned four days later, we scheduled someone to come and assess our needs; but that wasn't until March 9. We were satisfied with our interaction during that consultation and eager to move forward. However, we never received the estimate we were promised would be provided right away. Repeated attempts to contact the company so we could hire them were met with frustrating results, and ultimately still no estimate. When we did manage to get someone on the phone, employees were apologetic and surprised we were still waiting to hear from them. We were told at least twice it was an oversight that would get corrected right away. We waited weeks more for a quote to no avail. The final straw came in the second week of April, when we were given an excuse about software issues still keeping them from providing us the simple information we needed to get scheduled. At that point they also had the audacity to tell us it would now be mid-July before we could book anything ... more than five months after our initial contact. At that point, we told them not to bother ... if Clippers can't handle the simple fundamentals like providing a quote in order to hire them, there's no reason anyone should bother to try.

The most expensive lawn care including mowing i know.  Also owner revealed he doesn't pay his employees even half the hourly charge.
