Terra Turf and Landscape

Our neighborhood HOA contracted Terra Turf to service our community green space and complete a few other landscape projects in March of 2022. Its now January 2023 and we are being told the promised project still wont be a priority because we didnt renew our contract with them. The project was put off twice by Terra Turf this is now the third time. I had to repeatedly call all spring, summer and fall to get anyone to show up to mow the grounds. There was no follow through. And by their own admission our community was not a priority. What kind of customer service is that? I have no idea how they expected the contract to be renewed with the service that was provided. Beware of hiring this company for large projects or continuing services. Services: Grass seeding, Lawn care, Groundskeeping, Landscaping maintenance, Landscape management

I located Terra Turf after my builder tried to harpoon me regarding laying sod. Manuel, quickly gave me a return call, came to my home and surveyed for a bid. I agreed, and the next week we had tall fescue sod. Our lawn is literally "enviously green and beautiful I would definitely use them again. My builder is impressed with how beautiful my lawn looks. I called Terra Turf after getting their # from one of the guys mowing my neighbors grass. I called on a Tuesday, spoke to Dan who said yes they would start mowing my grass. The following Tuesday they did not show, nor would they pick-up the phone or answer two voicemails, I was basically just asking them to confirm whether or not they would be out to mow. Oh, and btw, we were listing our house to sell that Thursday AND my husband was on a business trip & wasnt there to help. They put me in a terrible bind. Poor communication, unprofessional, could care less about customer unless its convenient for them. On the upside, their guys seem to do a good job but their terrible lack of basic courtesy trumps any positives.
