We just finished our project with Cincinnati Cabinet Refacing and are absolutely thrilled with the results! The quality of the woodwork is off the charts. The team is very professional and hardworking. They did a very meticulous job and did not leave until all the Ts were crossed and is dotted. CCR provided us with a 3d model of what our kitchen would look like after the refacing. That sold us! The end product looks even better than we had imagined. Jim Dowd and his team are very professional, and did a wonderful job with my kitchen. His son, Jimmy, came out and gave us a very informative and detailed estimate, and the work followed a few months later as scheduled and on budget. Jim is very creative and built a new set of cabinets to work with a wall oven and microwave, and the fit was perfect. He worked with us to ensure everything was the way we had envisioned and the results are amazing! I love the fact that we didn't have to tear out our entire kitchen, it was very cost effect and the whole process (with proper pre-planning!) only took about 2 weeks. We are over the moon! I want to relay a very positive experience with Cincinnati Cabinet Refacing. About 5 years ago we did a kitchen remodel and had them come in and replace all the cabinet doors and drawers. They also added these really cool elements to the backside of the peninsula cabinets. Jim and his son did an INCREDIBLE job and we are very happy with the work and their professionalism. However, about a year ago we noticed some of the drawers and cabinets on the lower section were getting what appeared as water damage. There was some delamination of the panel face. This was unusual since these were supposed to be solid wood panels, but the interior portion looked like it was MDF. We called Jim and he agreed this should not be happening and he came out to inspect. Turns out the manufacturer mixed up the order and gave him the wrong door construction for this job. He tried to get them to replace the doors with the correct ones, but they said 5 years was too long and they refused. Jim is VERY proud of the quality of their work and doing right by the customer is his #1 priority. So, Cincinnati Cabinet Refacing replaced ALL of the lower-level drawers and cabinet fronts on THEIR dime. I am guessing this cost them over $3000. Never once did they even hint at us paying for it. In fact, they were not even going to mention it. I only found out when I asked if the supplier did right by them. Jim said he simply would not stand to have an unsatisfied customer, so they ate the cost. WOW! In today’s world it is hard to find good, honest companies. Cincinnati Cabinet Refacing is a gem! I highly recommend them for any kitchen project you might have in mind. Their honesty and level of service is unsurpassed, and the results are astonishing.
