        Rude man behind counter, doing nothing but yelling at people waiting in line and talking on his personal phone. Young black woman doing ALL THE WORK- With a great attitude and smile on her face. I waited in line 45 minutes to pay my bill! Spectrum is a terrible company. They overcharge and deny it! Dont give the $50 credit for broadband as required by law. Go to Cincinnati Bell or a at& t- thats my plan.
