To be honest, I didn't expect anything anything different. Customer service either on the phone or in person is worse than horrible. The elderly lady that I take care of has had Spectrum for over 11 years. They paid around 265.00 a month for 11 years. Her husband passed away, and her income dropped drastically. Since around December of 2023, I have tried to get spectrum to help them lower her bill and eliminate the things she didn't need. Instead, they kept sending her another bill. Not calling, not fixing, not helping. Instead, they shut off her service. When doing this, it shut off her phone. Leaving an elderly woman without a way to call for help. Much less her only entertainment. The TV, they shut off after 11 years of paying their ridiculous prices. To this day, no one has helped her. We are not paying for services we never received. Much less can you imagine how hard it is for this elderly woman to lose her only for of entertainment, especially after losing her husband. Shame on you, Spectrum. And shame one the manager at the Colerain, Ohio store location. This is how you treat our elderly. Why not make an affordable package for the elderly and / or disabled. This company can and should be able to make it affordable because they over charge everyone else.
