        DO NOT SWITCH TO SPECTRUM!!!!!! UNLESS U LIKE HAVING "RANDOM OUTAGES" ON A DAILY BASIS. EVERY DAY, IT'S SOMETHING DIFFERENT AS TO WHY THERE'S AN OUTAGE IN MY AREA. MOST OF THE TIME THEY JUST SAY IT'S FOR PhLANNED MAINTENANCE, LIKE SERIOUSLY , PLANNED MAINTENANCE???? EXACTLY WHAT DO Y'ALL HAVE TO MAINTAIN, AND WHY MUST Y'ALL DO IT ON A DAILY? I SEEM TO PAY 100% OF MY CABLE BILL EVERY MONTH, SO WHY DO I ONLY GET 40% OF THE SERVICES??? DO NOT SWITCH, I DEEPLY REGRET IT!!!!! Update to owners reply, I've already contacted customer service many times over, and I always get the same answer. There's nothing that can be done about it. I wouldn't of reviewed Spectrum and have such a negative one, had I not tried to fix the problem thru customer service first.
