        Altafiber absolutely the worst customer service in store, online via phone call or chat. Not a billing issue. Service upgrade. Extremely frustrating. Misleading. Inconsistent. Not helpful.

        I was going to switch to Altafiber. They came out before installation to put in a line, and they cut my existing line. I called them and tried to get them to come out and fix it, and they refused, saying I am not a customer yet. I tried to get Altafiber to come and put the new service in, but they wouldn't come out for 12 days. So now I have no internet for a few days while I wait for my existing provider to come out and fix this mess. I am sticking with my original provider, as they have been very helpful in fixing this mess that Altafiber caused and then didn't care about.
