        Horrible customer service. I've tried multiple times to reach agents and everytime I call the holds are longer than 45 minutes. Once you do reach them, they don't get you the info you requested.

        I have had a great experience with them . The representative that answered also explained everything very clearly and in detail what u can expect from my policy and gave me a break down of all the features on the site and all. Excellent job!

        I have been trying to get a hold of someone. Call back number has been left numerous times also. Line ends up going dead after an hour the same song on repeat that now huants my dreams. Someone needs to contact my mother in law back. Not only was the last rep rude to her you still had her husband as alive and the holder on the policy. He passes a year and a half ago. Paper work was filled out and sent to you. What is going on?
