My Insurer For The Past 16 years

NOW HE SENDS ME A BILL FOR 56$ Even though I canceled my policy In early June and called back again on June 20th to cancel my insurance policy because I have geico insurance! Yet they kept sending me a new bill and stating they covered me until June 30th no you did not and I asked you to stop my policy my other policy went into effect on June 20th! You want to be paid for what you think you covered me for??!! guess what I want a refund for 45 years of bring a loyal customer! Our family never cost your company a dime! I used the tow service on my auto insurance twice; my family in 45 years of living in this home made 2 claims that cost less than a $1000 in repairs! And you want me to give you another $56 after I told you I canceled my service at the beginning of June! When I spoke to the roofer he stated nationwide is one of the worst insurance companies to work with people please beware do not use this insurance company or this insurance agent! My family and I have been clients of nationwide insurance for more than 40 years. my father passed away in August And the problems 2 agent's have put me through at nationwide insurance is disheartening! For clients that have never given them problems never had to file major claims they basically got rich really fast for many years off of our loyalty to their company that was not loyal to us. If I can stop anyone from going to nationwide and choosing this company I've done my job! I strongly advise you look for someone else who will give you fair rates and treat you better than this company has treated clients That have been loyal to them for 40 years! I truly expected better at a very difficult time in my life they made it even more difficult they certainly do not treat you like family
