My wife and I Recently decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order from them again after a nightmare experience we had with them several years ago when we purchased over 8K worth of furniture. We didn't even finance. We paid for everything up front and then found ourselves calling for months to get a delivery update. Mostly when calling we could never get an answer . This was right after the pandemic and the excuse was the furniture store was backed up. We finally got our furniture after 4 months later. We thought we would try them again and purchased and paid in full for a dresser and night stand that they said was in stock and we could expect the item to arrive in approximately 2 weeks. I requested they call us ASAP with an ETA. It's now been over 3 weeks and once again we find ourselves havimg to chase them down. We have been calling them over and over with no answer. The business doesn't even have a voicemail set up to leave a message. The business hours posted are also a joke. They open and close whenever they feel like it. Several times we tried to pass by during their posted hours only to find them closed and doors locked. We can't even get them to answer the phone to get an update. The lack of professionalism and communication with them is beyond anything we have ever experienced from any business. They will quickly take your money but then you will spend weeks or months trying to get an update or delivery date. We now realize that our previous experience with them wasn't just about supply. It's was a lack of care, professionalism, and courtesy to the client. Once they have your money, they don't care how long it takes for you to get what you ordered. This will be the last time we purchase anything from them. If the item you want is not in their showroom floor for immediate purchase, good luck ordering from them and expecting proper communication or a timely delivery.

Antone was the perfect professional salesman. I was very undecided on everything lol and he was so patient with me. He help me decide on the perfect furniture. Antone and the owner worked with me on prices. Friendly environment I will definitely shop again.

well, where do I start. I left a comment on a Facebook post, posted by the owner. Not only did it get deleted.. but I got blocked for being honest and respectful. instead of making it right, I was blocked. I don't recommend this company unless you want your hard earned money to go to waste. The quality of the couches are terrible. "I can only comment about the couches because that's all I've bought". if you want your near 2 thousand dollar couch to only last a couple years " and start to look bad after a year with little use"  this is the place. The owner was very nice when I met him, I just wish the quality and his professionalism was the same.
