        I recently ordered a wind chime on an easel for a friends funeral. It was underwhelming for the price. It came on a thin wire stand with a small flower on top. For $93, I expected a little more.

      Good Afternoon Beth,I am sorry that you were underwhelmed with your windchime order. To be perfectly transparent the windchime was $70 and there was a delivery fee and tax on top of that making it $93. Those green wire easels are typically used by all florists to display many different types of arrangements. The ribbon and silk flowers added to the windchime is complimentary at no charge to the customer. You ordered over our website so we didn't communicate with you personally. If you have the need to order something again please feel free to reach out by phone @ 513-752-3344 and ask for me, Debbie Peak and I will personally take care of you with a 20% discount on your next order. Ordering online is often easier but it's hard for us to really know what you were expecting if you went by the picture on the website. We do carry decorative windchime stands at an additional cost.
