I started the process in March. Had another call april 4th for summer planting in late may/ early June. I spent a lot of time emailing and calling and meeting with them live to design my backyard for the summer, which was a smaller job. There was zero responses after multiple emails and calls. Finally I was told after several back and forth emails and calls we were booked and cant service you for summer. What a shame for a small business to have such poor customer service. I can respect they are slammed and it is their busy season but I started the process in March and would have preferred they were honest up front so I could find another company. I contacted some competitors and they were happy to help out given the circumstances. What a shame because I would have been a year long customer during the non busy months. Plus all the emails back and forth were a waste of time from both sides. I also offered to plant them myself if they could service/water until next season planting as a meet in the middle since they are booked. They agreed to this live and then backed out via email. It just appears customer service is not is the forefront of this business.
