        First off I have been coming to this place for many years now. The quality of the sod is great and I will continue to come back. I think it is awesome that they do rolls and not sheets. The customer service is also good and quite helpful. Now one thing I can't stand are people talking bad about small businesses just because they had a bad experience. If you have a bad experience one time you should at least have the decency of going back and seeing if you can't have a good experience the following time and then write a review. So for those of you that have never been to this place here is what you need to do. 1st. Go to the main office which is located about a quarter mile behind Bzaks landscape supply. 2nd. Then go in the office and pay for your order and they will direct you to the field across route 32 just to the left of the soccer fields which is where you will pick up your load. 3rd. When done loading. Drive off with a smile knowing that you have some of the best product in Cincinnati. Furthermore, if you're not too familiar with how to put the stuff down. Hire a professional...

        Wasted 2 trips. They weren't open. Edit to their response: I was there at 8:06. There was a truck with sod running in the parking lot and no one to help. I came back 30 minutes later. Same situation.

      I'm sorry that you wasted two trips, but our hours are posted both on google and our website. We're open Monday through Friday 8am till 4pm and Saturdays 8am till 2pm.Response: You have to actually come into our office to purchase sod, not sit in the parking lot and expect to be loaded.
