We had our basement waterproofed and everyone was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was pressured or uncharged on services/products. Nick worked in our basement and I appreciate his quality of work and how quickly he was able to fix our basement. He was even polite to my kids who were curious about what he was working on. Our basement was waterproofed in 2007, there has been some leaking issues where the work was done. I have contacted this company several times and Chester even came to my home. He then proceeded to tell me he wasn't sure where they worked on my home. I have the documentation in writing and showed him. The paperwork stated they have a lifetime warranty, but now they won't return my phone calls. I understand things are different now with covid, but I have been calling him since May! It's now September! I just want him to communicate with me and fix the problem!

Absolutely recommend! I had a really tricky request to satisfy a real estate agreement and Collins was super helpful. They partnered with the structural engineer who made the recommendation, gave me a reasonable price, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the final repairs. Everything was completed thoroughly and on time and for exactly what they quoted. Easy to work with and nice people. Will be first on my list next time and highly recommended to my neighbors.
