DMTM Talent Management

It's a Production performance review season. According to my assessment, DMTM Management hits it out of the park, performed "above level" (my personal direct quote), and had rave reviews from the previous and current production team, colleagues on other teams, as well as management. I've seen DM gone above and beyond and have become a "go-to" person that teams across the organization know can be relied on. Their words, not mine. My performance rating is "met expectations." That comes with a 2% raise (lol) and 70% of your target bonus. So what's the point of "exceeds expectations" if all expectations are exceeded and you still can't get this rating? DMTM simply slayed!
